There are, of course, various checks and requirements a tenant must address and fulfill and while we need you to be aware of things such as financial eligibility, references, proof of residency, tenancy agreements and deposits and rents, our dedicated letting and property management team are handling these day-in-day-out so leave it us – we’ll tell you what’s needed and when, right from the earliest stages of your decision making through to moving in day.
