Paul Young FNAEA

Owner/Director

Paul has property in his blood – literally, as a third generation owner of Park Estates. He has been with the company for over 40 years, learning from the “shop floor” of weekend and holiday cover to full-time trainee before running the business with his father and, for the past three decades, as a director in charge of all aspects of administration, strategy and development. He has experienced just about every market condition the sector has been through and aside from the day-to-day running of the business, remains very much involved in, and thrives on, the front line activities of dealing with potential buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. Paul has lived in Bexley all his life and is a dedicated Chelsea FC fan.

Lewis Coleman MNAEA

Associate Director

Lewis joined Park Estates in 2002 as a trainee negotiator and is now our Associate Director . He combines 21 years’ experience working in the sector with having lived in the Bexley borough all his life. His local knowledge is therefore extensive as are his skills as in the areas of valuation, property management and all areas of sales and lettings with the skills to guide any prospective vendor or landlord from start to finish. Lewis is also a key part of the team generating new business and ensuring the sales and lettings team provide the highest standard of service to all clients from progressing sales to the point of offer, exchange and completion.

Sally Cleary

Sales & Lettings Assistant

Sally began her career in estate agency and after a long absence returned to the profession when she joined the Park Estates team in 2014. As well as providing a first point of contact meet and greet service to buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, Sally carries out most key accompanied viewings, offers general support to the team and, having been a Bexley resident all her life, has a vast knowledge of the local area.

Julie Goodban

Sales & Lettings Assisitant

Julie joined the property sector after more than 20 years spent in retail banking and risk management. She now uses that wealth of experience, together with 12 years’ local knowledge of Bexley and a lifetime spent living in the borough, to help all our clients, regardless of their circumstances or needs, to negotiate the property market and reach the best and most informed decision. Away from work, you’ll find Julie in her garden or at the gym.

Debbie Anderson

Sales Progression

Having previously covered weekend duties for Park Estates earlier in her career, Debbie now has a 20-year background in estate agency working across numerous aspects of the business from general administration to sales negotiation. In 2015 she took on a permanent role in sales progression where she is responsible for guiding a sale or purchase from initial expressions of interest right through to completion, including liaising with sellers, buyers, solicitors and others involved in the process.

Anita Angelo

Sales & Lettings Administrator

Highly experienced in sales, lettings, administration and customer service, Anita has been with Park Estates for 25 years, starting as a member of the weekend and bank holiday team before working as a negotiator looking after valuations, viewings, progressing sales, and for the last 10 years as the company sales and lettings administrator.

Wendy Hofford

Property Management

Wendy has more than 18 years’ experience in Property Management and has, in a previous role, held responsibility for a portfolio of some 300 properties. At Park Estates, that experience is used across all aspects of our business, from referencing new applicants and carrying out inventories through to liaising with vacating tenants and dealing with all matters relating to maintenance, renewal of tenancies, and arranging gas and other safety inspections.

Jackie Austin

Accounts

Jackie has worked for the business for 20 years, dealing with company accounts and tenant rents across a large portfolio of managed properties. Prior to Park Estates, she worked in the accounts department of a local authority for a number of years where she qualified as a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians.
