We recently moved after 14 months. Park estates helped greatly to sell our house. It was a very difficult stressful move and both Lewis and Debbie were professional and helpful at all times.

We've just completed the sale of my mother's chain-free property with Park Estates as the selling estate agents. The property was originally on with another agent who had found a buyer for the property but unfortunately this buyer was not in a position to proceed with the purchase. We came to Park Estates in August 2023 and a proceedable buyer was found and the sale progressed. There were a few hurdles to overcome and Debbie from Park Estates handled the hurdles well and the property sold and completed in March 2024. Selling a house is a stressful experience but Park Estates helped to minimise the stress and for that we are extremely grateful.
