Although a business owner myself, this is my first foray into letting a property and I was very mindful of the rules, regulations and potential pitfalls for a novice landlord. I did my due diligence first plus visited a few agencies before I decided on Park Estates. I was given the warmest welcome there by Sally, met the owner Paul at the property a few days later, and have been carefully steered throughout via a very personal and professional approach i.e. the right mixture of telephone calls and emails. Yes, we now live in the technological age, but there is still no subsitute for meeting or speaking to people in person; I received regular and pertinent updates either requiring information, or items to sign, or information about potential tenants. I have been walked through pretty much every aspect of what is expected of a landlord in a manor that has been relatively easy to follow, with any questions answered and what Park Estates can do for me within their complete service package (which I recommend). It is a local business which has the feel of a much larger company but with that personal touch most of them sadly lack.
