Dear Paul, We are embarrassed it has taken us so long to contact you with extremely positive feedback on the support we received from Park Estates. Our apologies for that delay. Put simply, the support we received was outstanding. At all times we felt we were valued customers. Service was invariably helpful, friendly, professional and readily available. We cannot thank you and your entire team enough. We both want to particularly compliment Debbie and Lewis for their help. As you know this was a long and protracted process, and the pressure this must have put on both Debbie and Lewis would have been very heavy. However they were ALWAYS charming, reassuring, encouraging and gracious. This was quite remarkable, especially considering the overall workload they were already carrying. We would very much like to thank them officially and nominate them for any staff reward scheme you may operate. They really deserve it. May we also express my gratitude to you personally.
