We had previously tried with another agent and moved to park estates because the other agent was unprofessional and absolutely appalling. Debbie at Park estates worked tirelessly to make our move happen and was an absolute diamond is the whole process. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Once my property had been sold STC I received regular updates from Debbie Anderson. I was kept informed of all progress in the chain from the initial sale through to completion. Debbie was always available for any questions that I needed answers to. She certainly helped take a lot of stress out of what is normally a very stressful process. I am also very happy with the professional service that was given by Lewis Coleman and all the team at Parkestates Bexley.

I really liked the way Park Estates handled my purchase. On occasions that answers weren't available right away, the communication was always highly professional. What impressed me most was the after sale care provided by Sally. She went out of her way to find the answers to questions that typically come up a few months after moving in. Would definitely recommend, and will likely use in the future to sell my property.

From the initial instruction, valuation right the way through to completion and post completion follow ups, Paul and his team have been first class. What I considered above and beyond service Paul and his team considered "business as usual". Would i recommend Park Estates for buying and selling property in the future ? ....absolutely I would, they would be the first Agent I would go to.

We purchased our forever home from Park Estates. The purchase was lengthy as during the process the house went into Probate. We received weekly and sometimes more updates from Debbie Anderson informing us of the current situation. I would recommend using Park Estates in the future.
